I didn’t get good news but the explanation of the problem and solution was thorough and easy to understand.

Scott and Josh were very diligent in figuring out the problem that none other heating and cooling company was able to. Scott explained thoroughly how everything works and how the Geo and boiler system works.

I’m very pleased with the service. Donald notified me he was on his way which meant I wasn’t wasting time waiting on him. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He took pictures and made sure we understood what was wrong. Before he left, he had a plan in place to fix our problems. Looking forward to working with Davis Comfort Solutions !

Can’t thank these folks enough. Furnace went out in the middle of our recent snow storm, called the company at 8pm, got a response at 8am, had a team here by 11am. To top that off the furnace completely stopped and the team was able to get a new one here and begin construction the same day. I have a baby girl in this house and my heart was basically stopped when I saw my thermostat this morning. I cannot thank this team enough. Thank you all.

Excellent Efficient

We chose Davis Comfort Solutions after searching online for an authorized Carrier dealer. We built our home in 2001, and that was the brand installed. Except for one minor fix in 22+ years, the Carrier system worked perfectly! This is why, when we decided to replace it, we wanted a Carrier. Scott Davis, owner, came to our home and spent a good deal of time with us, discussing what our 1110 sf home required in an HVAC system. We were impressed that he told us upfront that our small home didn’t need anything larger than a 2-ton system, which is exactly what l had learned when researching on the internet. The very reasonable estimate he gave us that day was exactly the final bill on day of installation - no last minute add-on’s 😊 Christian and Cam did the entire installation within a few hours, and they did a great job! We couldn’t be more highly pleased! They answered all our questions, explained how to use the new thermostat (which is so much easier than the old one), and even moved an item in our garage, just because l asked the favor, even though that had nothing to do with what they were being paid to do! Two of the nicest guys you could ask for! They also made sure the furnace area was left as clean as they found it, and cleared out all traces of our old furnace and heat pump. If you’re looking for an honest, reputable, dependable company that will not try to sell you a higher priced product than you need, Davis Comfort Solutions is the one to call! Had a new furnace and air conditioning system installed in my house by Davis. All of the communication in regards to appointments and getting the estimate and work scheduled was great! The work was done by Christian and Cameron and a third worker that I did not catch the name of. They were extremely punctual and professional. They kept me informed at all times of where we were in the process. They made sure everything was functioning appropriately and left their work area spotless before leaving. Would highly recommend Davis comfort solutions for any HVAC work that needs done. Will be using them for all future needs.
